A hotel group located in France and based in St. Paul, eXsel Authentic Hotel has several hotels under its portfolio. These include Austral Hotel, Alamanda, Mercure Creolia, Ermitage Boutik Hotel, Sand Reeds, The Old Cep, The Victoria and the Floralys. eXsel Authentic Hotel was founded in 2012 by Yann Le Febvre and Alexandra Febvre and currently manages ten hotels together with nine restaurants in 2018.

eXcel Authentic Hotels has properties located in Saint-Paul, Saint-Denis, St. Peter’s and L ‘Etang-Sale. The Mercure Creolia was sold by the company but was brought back at the end of 2015. Restaurants owned and managed by the brand are located in St. Paul-Coco Beach and in Saint-Paul, The Marmite.

Each of the properties under the eXsel Authentic Hotel Group has an identity of its own offers several different representations of the island where it is located - reunion. eXcel Authentic Hotel is also committed to helping in the preservation of the island. In 2016, eXsel Authentic Hotel even received the Green Key Label. At present, eXsel manages 9 hotels with 463 rooms, 10 restaurants and 17 seminar rooms. The first ever Reunion Hotel group has over 1,500,000 satisfied customers since 2016.
