Founded in 1988, the flagship hotel of the Porto Bay Hotels & Resorts is the Suite Hotel Eden Mar, a 4-star hotel in Madeira. The brands first ever hotel featured 146 spacious rooms and suites. At present, the hotel chain has 13 hotels under its wings, 10 of which are in Portugal.
