This Choice Hotels sub-brand offers an unconventional hospitality service. Most brands operate under the apartment hotel category when keeping house-like amenities in rentals. However, Suburban Extended Stay made a full pledge to the suburban accommodations. It is basically providing homes to guests, and it is reflected on their service, amenities, and property layout. This series of accommodations didn’t seem like it would make it at first, given that it was one of its kind.
