Erfurt–Weimar Airport (ERF) serves the city of Erfurt, which is the capital of Thuringia, a German state capital and the city of Weimar. Erfurt–Weimar Airport was known before as Erfurt Airport before it was changed in 2011. Although it is significant because of its central location, Erfurt–Weimar Airport does not cater domestic flights.
