Furnari, Italy is a tiny village enclosed within the Metropolitan City of Messina that has an impressive ancient origins dating back to the 18th century when Filippo Furnari established the first complex of buildings and an old town centre. Today, there are still many structures from the past that stand and are now considered important monuments of the village.

Ideal weather awaits visitors from mid-March to early June as well as from September to December that’s why the town’s peak season also falls within these months specifically in August, July and March. July is a busy month because of the Sagra dell'Olio, a local festival highlighting the town’s olive oil produce with celebrations that also feature wine and music. The nearby town of Patti has Grotte Beach Mongiove where you can relax at the beach while enjoying its famous "red Grotte" drink. Afterwards, head to Tindari Greek Theatre, a 4th-century amphitheater amidst an archeological site that offers views of the ocean and adjacent to Tindari Resort & Marina Beach, a traditional resort complex where you can spend a comfortable stay.
