Greensburg: Home To The Tree-Growing Tower and Natural Wonders
Greensburg, also known as Tree City, is located in Decatur County, Indiana. It is known for the Decatur County Courthouse who grew into a tree on top of its tower which gave the city its nickname. This is the heart of Honda Motor Company’s automobile manufacturing plant where all the brands’ vehicles are created such as the tenth-generation Honda Civic, the fifth-generation Honda CR-V and the Acura ILX. This is also where you can find Kroger’s KB Specialty Foods and Valeo. It is also home to the parochial educational institution St. Mary’s School.

Normally, the weather in Greensburg is cold about half the year with a greater chance of rain or snow most times. The best time to visit Greensburg is from late July to mid-October when the weather is nice and warm.
