Tisara then introduced two other hotels, namely Long Beach Koggala – a four-star hotel with 208 quarters – and Club Koggala Village with 78 lodgings. Additions were then made, establishing the 20-room Koggala Beach Cabanas and Villa Modarawattha near the Koggala Lake.
In 2017, Tisara Hotels renovated their first three hotels, investing a total amount of Rs. 600 million to update and upgrade the rooms with better facilities that guarantee a more relaxed and convenient stay for both local and foreign guests. Moreover, the hotel group recently launched Sri Lanka’s first single-unit hotel complex, called The Coastal Village comprising of 100 rooms located in Koggala as well.
