Kumbatambahan, Indonesia is part of Bulaleng Timur which is in the eastern section of Bali. There are quite a number of notable temples in town. The most popular is the Pura Meduwe Karang. It was renovated in the past years. The town was founded by Gusta Panji Sakti which ruled for a decade. He was considered as a heroic ancestor in East Java and nearby areas.
