Lippo Centre, Hong Kong, Hong Kong

The Lippo Centre is located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong. It is formerly known as the Bond Centre and is a twin-skyscraper that was completed in 1988. Various companies own it, include that of Lippo Limited, which is its namesake. The Lippo Centre has a total of 1.3 million square feet of floor space. There is a retail podium found on the ground floor as well as a car park in the basement. The building is most recognizable for its octagonal design and its dark blue refractive glass façade. It was designed by the Paul Ruddolph, who was working at the time for Wong & Ouyang. Gerard D’Alton designed the lobby of the Lippo Centre. The Centre is easily accessible from Hong Kong’s network of footbridges, the Central Elevated Walkway.
