Relais & Chateaux brand hotels in Mollégès, France

About Relais & Chateaux Mollégès

More than 550 renowned hotels and restaurants make up the Relais & Châteaux brand. These are independently operated with a common passion for their businesses that values genuine relationships with their clients. The company offers not only an experience but a lifestyle influenced by the local culture. Guests are treated to a total immersion of the place and its culture. Relais & Châteaux aims to preserve the local heritage as well as showcasing the diversity of its cuisine.

Relais & Châteaux was established in 1954 in France with a single mission “to spread its unique art de vivre across the globe by selecting outstanding properties with a truly unique character”. This prestigious fellowship is in search of businesses with standout characteristics. Most businesses under their brand are set inside historic landmarks such as manor houses, and castles. Luxurious facilities, excellence in service, haute cuisine, and/or idyllic settings of each location play a part in the selection process. However, the most important thing is that it embodies the company's motto: Caractère (Character), Courtoisie (Courtesy), Calme (Calm), Charme (Charm) et Cuisine (Cuisine).

Relais & Châteaux believes that luxury is not materialistic in nature but a balance of expertise, genuine human relationship to clientele and a custom-tailored service.
