Massena International Airport is located in the Laurence County particularly two kilometers east of the village of Massena, New York. The town of Massena owns the airport and is alternately known as Richards Field. The airport is classified as a general aviation airport by the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011-2015.

The airport offers air cargo, courier, limo, charter and full service jet refueling. It also has VHF omnidirectional range, instrument landing system and RNAV navigational approach; however, it does not have its own control tower. The airport is considered as the U.S. Customs Port of Entry for planes coming in the United States, Canada and other foreign countries. Boutique Airlines serves the airport with direct flights to Boston. The airport is surrounded by the cities of Bank Street Promenade, Limoges and Kemptville.
