Palm Beach International Airport – PBI Palm Beach
Palm Beach International Airport or formerly known as Morrison Field is located in Palm Beach County, Florida. PBI is situated on the west of West Palm Beach and is the main airport for Palm Beach and West Palm Beach as well as its neighboring areas. Aside from PBI, there are also two other major airports servicing the metropolitan area of Miami.

Palm Beach Airport serves greater Miami as well as surrounding towns of Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and Green Meadow to name a few. This international airport attends to over 6.5 million passengers. PBI was inaugurated in 1936 and a new terminal was added called the Eastern Air Lines Terminal.
In the early days, the airfield was often utilized by the US Army Air Forces, especially during World War II. In 1984, the airport’s name Morrison Field was changed to Palm Beach Airport.
