About Human Company Vico D'arbia
The Cardini-Vannucchi family owned 100% of the Human Company since the 80s and is being managed now by the family’s second generation. Before they ventured in real estate, they were into the textile sector. It was in 1982 when the Human Company bought their first campsite which was located in Figline Valdarno. The Village in Figline is a campsite situated within the Tuscan hills, far from the noise of the city life and near Siena, Arezzo and Florence. The goal of their first property was to bring nature and human together and enjoy a good food and learn the culture.
They have classified their properties into Village, Camping in Town, Plus Hotels and Family Park. Human Company has 3 luxury hostels located in Prague, Berlin and Florence, plus nine holiday camps in Veneto, Tuscany and Lazio. The company will not be able to be this successful without their partner companies like Cuba on The Road, Osteria dei Baroncelli, Ristorante La Certosa and Fabbricato Viaggiatori.
One of the company’s values is that they put their guests first, their visitors are the most important people in the company’s life. They also value clean energy certification and make sure that at least 75% of their properties is surrounded by greeneries.
