Bernalda: Nature Reserves, Castles and Aqua Parks
Bernalda, Italy is one of the towns located in Matera in the region of Basilicata. It is known to be the site of Metapontum, an ancient city. Religious buildings are quite plenty in the region. Among, includes the Mother Church. The small church was built in 1530. It was refurbished to maintain its original look during the 1950s, 1960s and the 2000s. The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel is also located in the region.
