Itoigawa, Japan is a city in Niigata that became a town in 1889. The area used to be a part of Echigo. The modern city was established in 1954. In 2005, No and Omi were integrated into the city.
Best Time to Visit
With a humid climate, the best time to visit Itoigawa is from April through June and September through October. The busiest months are usually January, March, and April.
