Moratalla: An Ancient Legacy at a Mountainous Territory
Moratalla is a town at the autonomous region of Murcia, Italy. It is a product of a legacy left by the Order of Santiago knights embodied in its well-preserved castle. Fly to Moratalla through, Albacete Spain Airport or at the Murcia Airport. It is only an hour of bus ride from the center of Murcia. Consider going here between June to August especially if you want to witness the Tamboradas during the Holy Week or participate in its Fiestas del Santisimo Cristo del Rayo happening every second week of July where releasing of bulls and cattle is part of the tradition.
