Tabernas-Spain: A Little Town amidst Mountain Range
Tabernas is a municipality in the province of Almeria in the southern part of Spain. The town is specifically set on the border of Tabernas Desert, in which Tabernas, Spain is prominent for. The desert has been a favorite filming location since the 1960s for numerous television series and movies.
Best Time to Visit
The winter period in Tabernas is long, cold, dry, and somewhat cloudy, while summers are short, hot, dry, and mainly clear. Thus, the summer season (from June to August) is one of the excellent times to go to the municipality. However, it is also the busiest period with tourists. This means that the place will be overcrowded and prices of Tabernas accommodation may rise. Besides summer, late spring (May) and early fall (September to October) are also the best times to visit.

Just south of Tabernas are several theme parks that feature a Western-style, and these are the Texas Hollywood and OASYS.
