Hallbergmoos: A Haven Outside Munich
Less than 10 minutes away from Munich International Airport (MUC) is the small community of Hallbergmoos, Germany. While there are relatively few tourist spots in the town itself, it's the convenient location being close to Munich has earned it some tourism points. It was previously where headquarter of Augsburg Airways is located until the airline shut down. Best Time to Visit
Hallbergmoos has a very short hot summer season that only lasts for at most a month. Otherwise, the town is blanketed in the chilly wind or freezing snow. It is best to come between late May and October as these have favorable weather. Not too cold nor too hot.
