COEX Convention and Exhibition Center, Seoul, South Korea
The COEX Convention and Exhibition Center is one of South Korea's convention and exhibition centers located in Seoul, South Korea. The convention center is served by Samseong Station and Bongeunsa Station of the Seoul Subway. The notable events that happened in the COEX Convention and Exhibition Center are the 2000 Asia-Europe Summit, the 2010 G-20 Seoul summit which took place last November 2010, to discuss the global financial system and the world economy. In March 2012, the Nuclear Security Summit took place that discusses international cooperative measures to protect nuclear facilities from terrorist groups. There were 58 world leaders who've attended the conference and its goal is to prevent the illicit trafficking and exploitation of nuclear materials.
